At Mister Spex, our pricing team works to deliver the best value to our customers while driving profitability. Pricing is a strategic lever for our success, and we collaborate closely with marketing, purchasing, and finance teams – with strong visibility at the highest management level.

To strengthen and evolve our pricing team, we’re looking for a Senior Pricing Manager (m/f/d) who brings external perspectives and best practices, creates actionable insights, and optimises performance across diverse business lines and categories.

How you contribute

• Develop and implement pricing strategies and initiatives across multiple categories and business lines

• Conduct in-depth price analyses and make data-driven decisions based on your findings

• Enhance competitor price monitoring and reporting across all business areas

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for key pricing KPIs

• Advance pricing processes and continuously improve our state-of-the-art toolset

• Collaborate with marketing and controlling teams on cross-functional projects to boost margins

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in pricing; experience in online retail, finance, or consulting is a plus

• Strong English and German language skills (B2+)

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach; you thrive both independently and in a team

• Experience with Power BI or SQL is an advantage
