DCI’s education centers on an </span><strong>International Baccalaureate </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">curriculum, </span><strong>advanced language learning</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> in Chinese, Spanish, and French, and a culture </span><strong>focused on</strong> <strong>student agency </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">supported by 1:1 technology.</span></p></div><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong> <strong>DCI is hiring a full-time High School </strong><strong>IB Psychology</strong><strong> Teacher. </strong>This teaching position entails instructional and planning responsibilities for providing IB Psychology education to students at DCI during the school year.</p> <p><strong>Salary Range:</strong>&nbsp; $63,113 - $105,575 (Starting salary is determined by education and years of relevant experience)&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor's Degree is required.</strong></li> <li>A Master's Degree in secondary education or this content area is preferred.</li> <li>Previous experience teaching in this content area is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Ability to use multiple technology platforms to guide instruction and communicate with students and families and proficiency with communicating using G-Suite tools, including Gmail, is preferred.</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li> <li>Clear a background check.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Qualities &amp; Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan lessons using a deep understanding of, and integration with, the IB Psychology Education curriculum framework.&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver exceptional Psychology instruction, through immersion methods, to diverse learners in a culturally responsive manner.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Advise students, including teaching an advisory class using our advisory curriculum, and support other aspects of the school’s instructional program.</li> <li>Ability to handle the intensity required to work in a high-performing charter school, and remain organized, responsible, and accountable.</li> <li&g
