As a Finance team member, you will have a key role in developing and shaping Flex’s business and financial strategy. You will be joining the Strategic Finance team, a centralized group of business experts who own financial predictability, promote ROI maximization and serve as connective tissue between internal business operations, external perspectives and key strategic decisioning.
What You’ll Do:

Create and operate key financial forecasting tools and operating models, partnering with teams across the business to maximize predictability

Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting on KPIs, growth trends and operational metrics to key internal and external stakeholders

Help drive the financial planning and budgeting process, working cross-functionally to connect operational goals with financial metrics

Analyze and execute opportunities to size impact of various initiatives and maximize return throughout the organization to drive sustainable growth

Empower highly analytical strategic projects throughout the company, such as new product launches, expansions, operational changes and M&A opportunities

Lead new system and process planning and implementation to help the finance function scale as the organization grows
What We’re Looking For:

Financial modeling wizardry and a deep understanding of corporate finance

Minimum 2+ years of investment banking, consulting or similar experience required

Direct professional experience with strategic finance, FP&A or biz ops at high-growth business preferred

The ability to contribute as a team player that embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment

A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field

Superior communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization

Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required

Experience with databases, SQL and BI tools a plus
The national pay range for this role is $110-125k. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
