Your role in our mission

Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell’s industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position.

Work with business users to gather requirement. Design, develop, test, document, train, configure and deploy and maintain customizations to the CRM system according to business needs.
Perform data migrations from legacy systems to the CRM system.
Troubleshoot issues with customizations.
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for the CRM system.
Participate in CRM upgrade projects.

What we're looking for

Skills in leveraging Dataverse, Dynamics 365/CRM, Power App, Power Automate, Power Pages, Azure, SharePoint Online, .NET, Microsoft O365 services.
Extensive experience in Dataverse / Dynamics CRM Configuration, Customization and Extensions (Plug-in development), Data Model, Security model and Deployments.
Hands-on coding experience using C#.Net, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, WebAPI
Experience in developing Model driven, Canvas app and deployments.
Working Knowledge on Data Modeling, ETL & Reporting using T-SQL, SSIS, ADF, Kingsway Soft Add-on, SSRS & Power BI.
