Siffrin is seeking a Residential Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential homes and lead Direct Support Professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centered services. This is your opportunity to combine leadership, compassion, and purpose in a rewarding management role.

What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
Ensure exceptional person-centered care and support
Promote independence, community inclusion, and meaningful life experiences
Oversee residential operations, staffing, documentation, and compliance
Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, and community partners
Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Passion for supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD/DD)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
High School Diploma or GED required; related degree preferred
Experience in Human Services, Developmental Disabilities, Residential Services, Social Services, Healthcare, or Behavioral Health preferred
Knowledge of person-centered planning, empowerment, and behavior support principles

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to assist with mobility supports, including wheelchairs and Hoyer lifts
Ability to drive individuals to appointments, community activities, and daily events
