Physical Therapy Aide Per Diem - Physical Therapy - Mullica Hill - 3:30pm-7pm

MAJOR FUNCTION:

Functions primarily as a support system providing assistance to all levels of Rehabilitation Services staff.  Performs routine tasks related to the cleanliness of the Rehabilitation department and maintenance of equipment. Assists in patient related activities such as exercise guidance, transferring, transporting, and positioning of patients under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• High school equivalency. 
• Courses in typing, and medical terminology preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare facility preferred.

Certification/Licensure:    

• Current BLS (American Heart Association) preferred.
