Food & Beverage manager

Fosshotel Reykholt is looking for a dynamic and well-organized Food & Beverage manager to lead the hotel’s food and beverage operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and bar
• Managing sales and service, shift planning, staffing, purchasing, and inventory
• Handling budgeting and finances, ensuring quality standards and HACCP compliance
• Other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Journeyman or master’s certification in food service or culinary arts is an advantage
• Solid experience in a similar role is required
• Strong communication skills and a service-minded attitude
• Initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Excellent sales abilities and computer literacy
• Good knowledge of safety practices and HACCP procedures
