You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Sourcing, and Purchasing, while maintaining the organization of our showroom and sales tools to facilitate world-class client presentations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute accurate order entry and follow-through, including the validation of EDI orders and receipt of customer distributions.</li> <li>Track all purchase orders and ITs by maintaining a detailed log, providing Sales with real-time updates on delivery dates and revisions.</li> <li>Interface with Sales Coordinators, Sourcing, and Purchasing to ensure timely allocation and shipment of all orders.</li> <li>Maintain open order reports and manage backorders, modifying dates as necessary with Sales and customer approval.</li> <li>Generate essential inventory availability reports and assist with monthly and yearly forecasting data.</li> <li>Support the sales process by assisting in client appointments and creating sales tools using JPEGs and CADs.</li> <li>Manage showroom samples and oversee multiple administrative projects simultaneously to meet strict deadlines.</li> </ul&g
