Job Overview**Multiple Positions Available**
This role designs user experiences that enhance digital products and support business objectives through customer-focused solutions. It involves creating core design deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively. The role requires collaboration with product and development teams to align design solutions with technical and business requirements. Success is measured by the delivery of intuitive, consistent, and innovative design outputs that meet project goals and user needs. The work impacts organizational outcomes by improving product usability and contributing to a cohesive digital ecosystem for customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce interactive learning experiences using emerging technologies that model real-world customer and tool interactions with minimal oversight
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning experience products, from discovery, through design, build/prototype, implementation, and post-launch evaluation
- Serve as a consultant to cross-functional teams by translating instructional goals into interactive experiences tied to performance objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (IT, Cyber, Platform, Operations, etc.) to ensure learning experiences are technically feasible and scalable
- Advise on high-level design strategy to align learning experience efforts with organizational goals
- Review, iterate, and refine learning experiences based on stakeholder feedback, learner performance data, and observed behavior within simulated experiences
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. (Required)
- 4-7 years Related working experience. (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- User Experience Design (Required)
- Interactive Experience Design Ability to design and build interactive, scenario-based learning experiences that simulate real-world workflows, systems, and decision-making (Required)
- Learning Experience Development Understanding of how adults learn through applied practice, feedback, and repetition within simulated environments (Required)
- Game Theory & Design Experience with common game elements and building in a game engine (Unreal, Unity, Construct 3, etc.) (Preferred)
- Consulting & Influence Ability to advise, guide, and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority (Required)
- Data-Informed Iteration Ability to review learner performance data, feedback, and observed behavior to refine and improve learning experiences (Required)
- Front-end design Create visuals, interactions, and functional components of simulations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. (Preferred)
- Product Ownership Ability to own products from Discovery to Evaluation ownership (Required)
- Communication and Collaboration Ability to clearly communicate concepts, rationale, and experience decisions to diverse stakeholders and business partners (Required)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
