We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-centric, inside sales/counter sales representative to join the Pacific Plumbing Supply team in our Bozeman branch!

What you will do:

• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, epitomize the Company's Core Values and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain great working relationships with customers, vendors and employees.
• Ensure professional, accurate and timely communication by phone, over email and in person with wholesale customers to assist them with their plumbing supply purchases.
• Communicate with branch manager and purchasing department of any product shortages or outages.
• Pull customer will call orders from warehouse shelves as necessary. Help to maintain a neat and clean warehouse by performing general housekeeping duties as required.
• Exercise safety at all times.
• Maintain neat, clean and professional appearance.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

• One to three years of sales experience preferred.
• Prior knowledge of plumbing products and supplies helpful.
• Professional and upbeat demeanor with excellent customer service skills, including exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
