Location: De Pere, WI
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience plus $2 per hour premium pay

Transport Refrigeration, Inc. is hiring a Trailer Technician Lead in De Pere, WI. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced technician ready to guide and grow a team. TRI is a certified Thermo King dealer offering excellent pay, full benefits from Day 1, and opportunities for advancement.

What You’ll Do
• Perform trailer maintenance and repairs including brakes, doors, tires, ABS, wiring, welding, and more
• Assign and supervise daily tasks for trailer technicians
• Monitor work quality and turnaround time
• Complete accurate work orders and verify labor/parts
• Keep shop and yard clean, safe, and organized
• Conduct road service and minor company vehicle repairs
• Enforce safety and quality standards

What You’ll Need
• 3+ years of trailer repair experience
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in all weather
• Personal hand tools (standard and metric)
• Forklift certification and ASE preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Team leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
