What you will need:

Minimum Education Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Health Administration Or Bachelors Degree Nursing

• 5+ Years experience in healthcare risk management or related roles required.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Risk Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the risk management program for the Medical Group practice and non-hospital based ambulatory locations. This role works within a matrixed environment and has a dual reporting relationship to the Vice President Medical Group Quality/Experience, Regulatory, Education and Risk and the System Vice President Quality and Patient Experience.  The Risk Manager proactively  identifies and analyzes potential risks, implements strategies to mitigate them, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborates and work with hospital-based risk managers for clinical issues and events that span the continuum.
