Compensation

• $2,500 sign-on bonus*

 1st Shift Schedule

• This position is for 1st shift. 

• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM  

• Overtime available on a business need basis.  

What You Will Do

• You will accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.

• You will demonstrate proper use of simple hand/machine tools and electrical/mechanical measuring devices.

• You will perform metal finishing of aircraft components to customer specifications and development of work techniques.

• You will be responsible for accuracy of processes.

• You will perform part fixturing, loading and unloading.

• You will conduct tank/chemistry maintenance and associated tooling in compliance with company and governmental environmental regulations.

• You will participate in lean initiatives (i.e. 5S, TPM, process improvement teams).

• You will handle and transport hazardous goods and materials while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

• You will perform basic analytical activities (i.e. pH and density testing).

• You will complete tube fabrication duties as determined by business need.

• You will perform quality assurance and meets customer deadlines.

• You will finish parts that meet NADCAP requirements.

• You will comply with applicable elements of quality systems.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
