Overview
The Salvation Army’s Haverhill Corp., is hiring a Cook/Food Service Coordinator and offers the following benefit package to part-time employees:

Location: Haverhill, MA
Pay Range: $20 per hour
20 hours per week
The Cook/Food Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day Food Service Operation at the Haverhill Corps. This person must perform duties including but not limited to menu planning, cooking, cleaning and inventory control.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be ServSafe, Kitchen Manager certified
- Must be CPR/First Aid certified
- Must have allergen awareness certification
- Supervisory skills preferred (to manage volunteers)
- Must have excellent organization skills
- Must understand FIFO inventory control
- Must be able to lift an average of 50lbs
- Must be able to treat all people of varying background with dignity and respect
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, bi-lingual preferred
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Experience with creating menus and preparing meals for 100 -200 clients
