We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, thinks on their feet, and knows how to have tough conversations when they matter most. Does that sound like you?

As our Head of Network Development, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our retail network. This role is based in New York, and you’ll need to be hands-on, connected to the teams, and able to jump in where needed.

You’ll be stepping into a high-impact role at the heart of our luxury automotive operations. You’ll work closely with retail dealerships, senior leaders, and even the boardroom, so confidence, diplomacy, and top-tier communication skills are a must.

What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Business Management (or something similar)
• Experience working in a manufacturer or importer at a senior level
• A fundamental understanding of what makes aftersales and dealership operations tick
• A natural flair for coaching and leading teams
• Strong IT skills and a head for detail
• The ability to juggle priorities, stay calm under pressure, and find smart solutions fast
