Overview
Sr. Strategic Account Manager
The Sr. Strategic Accounts Manager (SAM) is the client advocate. The Sr. SAM may also be the CoventBridge single point of contact for a specific client. The Sr. SAM works closely with operations to ensure the client’s needs and expectations are exceeded both on a transactional and overall program basis. The Sr. SAM is the final layer of quality assurance for clients where a SAM is contractually required or necessary. The Sr. SAM will also represent CBG at client in person events.
Responsibilities/ Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Final sign off on all work product
- Customer liaison -Primary responsibility for client communication
- POA and investigation directing
- Updating customers and providing guidance / resolution as needed
- Lead responsibility for Stewardship reporting and meetings as required
- Attend and represent CBG at client events such as annual meetings and client visits
Competencies:
- Strong Organizational skills, Microsoft and computer savvy, proactive behavior, effective communication both internal and external, self-starter, leader, keyboard skills (typing)
- Understanding of investigations and industry terminology, trends, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Strong conflict management skills that allow for client concerns to be positively resolved
- Extensive knowledge of all types of investigation and field operations
- 3-5 years as a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) with large client experience
Education and Experience:
- Criminal Justice degree and related industry experience

The salary range for this role is $60k - $67k annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
