PAY RATE
$14.50/ Hour
POSITION SCOPE
Blog writing and publishing, editing and proofing copy including SEO copy and meta-tags
Assist as needed for other marketing assets (i.e., gate handout, restaurant menus and PCC dining venues) and channels (i.e., GoHawaii, Wikipedia, etc.).
Maintain a calendar for digital copy needs, edits and blog posts.
Keeps PCC App schedules, beacons and other content up to date and working properly.
Responsible for blog content and writing to enhance and raise awareness of the brand and drive SEO traffic to the sites.
Oversees Go Hawaii and other 3rd party sites to manage pages for PCC on those sites.
Work with Ecommerce team to create engaging content for social and email campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have the ability to write clear customer facing copy.
Must have general familiarity with the Polynesian Cultural Center and its mission.
Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively.
Must be able to understand basic technology and to communicate clearly with developers of the technology.
Attention to minute details and accuracy while working under strict deadlines.
Ability to comprehend customers desires and concerns and translate into meaningful tasks
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

TBD 19 Hours per week
Approximate starting hourly rate:
$14.00 - $16.00
