Overview
As a Business Operations Specialist - Patient Engagement you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
This will have 2-3 days on-site.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Responsible for coordinating and executing departmental initiatives related to digital, data, and patient engagement activities. This role supports the Patient Innovation & Engagement Strategy Lead by implementing strategic solutions that integrate the patient voice into decision-making processes and enhance the patient experience. The coordinator collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
Duties, Responsibilities, Activities:
- Project Support: Assist the Strategy Lead in key projects such as search engine optimization, action memo portal, data lake, etc.
- Tools and Reporting: Utilize Microsoft tools, Teams functionality, and Smartsheet to create reports, dashboards, and track deliverables.
- Meeting Support: Provide support for key internal meetings as needed.
- Patient Engagement Activities: Support patient engagement activities, including patient journeys, patient dialogues, webcasts, and global patient day.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with the communications team to execute initiatives, track progress, and provide status updates.
- Legal and Compliance: Engage with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to guidelines and obtain necessary guidance for projects.
- Coordination and Support: Coordinate and provide support to patient engagement leads as required and approved by the lead.
- Metrics and Reporting: Maintain and develop trackers, create dashboards to monitor team activities, and report key metrics.
- Project Execution: Manage end-to-end processes of project execution and delivery, ensuring successful completion and on-time delivery.

Qualifications
Requiremnts:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experience. Project management experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and understanding of computer systems, software applications, and network protocols. Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for staying updated with technological advancements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working on cross-functional and matrix teams, ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Pharma Landscape Knowledge: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its broad landscape.
- Patient Engagement Experience: Experience working in patient engagement or supporting large- scale projects is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness, ability to provide and receive constructive feedback, and building relationships with internal and external customers.
- Independence and Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently with minimal direction, demonstrate resourcefulness, and seek proactive solutions to problems.
- Could be up to 5-10% travel with role.
