About the role

ARA's ISR division is looking to hire a Training Lead! Oversee training curricula of DCART personnel. Develop training courses for red cyber operations at the novice, advanced, and master level. Stay current on developments in red cyber operations, offensive operations, and defensive cybersecurity operations both within government and industry. Research relevant courses and make recommendations to training pipelines for DCART personnel based on position, experience, and job duties. Coordinate training (internal and external) for DCART personnel. Teach courses as requested.   

Offer is contingent upon contract award.  

    • Must be a US citizen with an active TS security clearance 

In addition, desired skills/certifications are:   

    • Experience with OCO, DCO, or cyber red teaming.   
    • Experience developing cybersecurity or cyberoperations curricula.   
    • Experience teaching cybersecurity or cyberoperations.  
    • 8 total years of experience (or BS degree)
