We are on a quest to transform the financing ecosystem by leveraging the speed and innovative strength of a fintech with the expertise and funding of a bank to deliver a fast, simple and clear financing experience to SME businesses.</p><p>To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a Business Analyst.<br/><br/><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As a Business Analyst at New10, you will be closely working with Product &amp; Technology in a dedicated business domain, to define new propositions &amp; improved features. You are the linking pin between the business and technology. You are able to translate business rules and regulatory requirements into digital solutions that support entrepreneur’s growth.</p><p>You start with defining the problem and customer needs and you align requirements with different stakeholders. You love complexity and with your strong communication skills, you help us navigate to understand the full picture. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills help you in defining solutions together with our tech teams and UX specialists. </p><ul> <li>Get clarity of the requirement of the Business and clients and translate in user stories</li> <li>Support the Business domain in solution architect to optimize the product and proposition</li> <li>Performs (product) analysis: deep dive on how our product is being used, collect, and synthesize quantitative data to support decisions</li> <li>To support Continuous Improvement, combine CX findings and findings in existing processes/journeys in a structured manner and present scenario's to Product Owner of the Business Domain</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>We’re looking for someone who</strong><strong> has…</strong></p><ul> <li>Multiple years of experience with agile way of working, preferably as Business Analyst in a financial organization</li> <li>An analytical mindset and can do detailed analysis but doesn't forget the big picture</li> <li>Lean start up mindset, interested how customers use our products</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Experience with stakeholder management</li> <li>Experience with FinTech is preferable</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Our New10 culture</strong></p><p>At New10 we put our people first.
