Director, Delivery Partner, Data & AI

Role Brief – Director, Delivery Partner, Data & AI will lead one large / multiple mid-size HealthCare & Life Sciences programs to deliver large scale, transformative data, Insights and AI programs. Customer Centricity:·       Understand your client’s requirements and translate them into relevant solutions ·       You will work towards becoming a trusted partner with your client by regularly engaging with them·       Drive execution and Delivery excellence·       Showcase Innovation and thought leadership Technical / Domain Knowledge: ·       Leverage your knowledge in HealthCare & Life Science domain to consult with clients and help in solutioning. ·       Use your technical knowledge in Cloud Data Platform, Insights and Analytics and AI&ML to deliver world class solutions·       Invest time to continually upgrade you and your teams technical and functional skills.Growth Mindset: ·       Support Sales/Customer success teams with developing relevant POVs, Proposals to grow your account/business unit. ·       Work closely with Data & AI data CoEs to build competitive solutions leveraging IP and project accelerators for strong Go to Market messaging.·       Drive growth by building relationship with client stakeholders·       Leverage alliance partnership to drive growth·       Execution and Delivery Excellence·       Leverage your business acumen to deliver all programs against the financial goals.·       With Engineering mindset, deliver the programs successfully.·       Builds and ensures self/team follow best practices, adhering to the processes and proactively identify and manage risks.People Leadership & Collaboration:·       Responsible for building highly motivated and engaged teams. ·       Sharing knowledge, advises, assists, empowers, mentors and provides feedback to others to encourage, motivate and inspire the development of individual competencies and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Key KRA’s: Customer NPS, Delivery Excellence, Growth, Profitability & Building high performance team
• Own one large program / multiple mid-size HLS programs as Delivery Partner
• Drive GTM working closely with the Vertical teams and the CoE teams
• Building client relationship & drive growth
• Own the Delivery globally and ensure delivery excellence, customer NPS
• Work closely with client stakeholders, build relationship and drive customer success
• Own the Delivery Operations for the portfolio including Forecasting, Delivery Margin, SOW, SLA and other operational KPI’s for the portfolio
• Build high performance team, groom next level leaders
• Drive industry thought leadership in the Data & AI space
• Drive the presales and business development working closely with practice GTM, Solutions and CoE’s along with the Vertical Market team
• Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors
• Groom Engineering talent in the practice and drive superior engineering practices and standards in the organization

Required experience:

• 16 to 20 years leading experience in IT and very good experience in Data and AI Delivery
• 10 years of experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences industry domain
• Good understanding of the HLS domain and has the ability to drive industry use case-based solutions, collaborating on GTM for HLS domain for the Data Analytics offerings
• Preferred domain experience Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices
• Good technical background and ability to understand technical nuances background of data engineering and BI technologies
• Proven history of Technical and Delivery exposure, experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / Snowflake / GCP)
• Strong Project and Program Management capabilities
• Strong Delivery Management experience, building teams, managing the P&L, driving growth for the portfolio
• Good experience in Agile ways of working and driving delivery excellence
• Good experience in building and managing relationship with senior client stakeholders
• Strong people management experience talent development, coaching, career management, people engagement and someone who is a People Leader
• Proven track record working across large cross functional teams in a matrixed environment
