We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our full-time team and bring their skills, knowledge, and personality to a hospital that truly values collaboration.

What Our Veterinary Technicians Do
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, surgeries, and dental procedures
- Triage patients and obtain thorough medical histories, vital signs, and patient assessments
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care from patient intake through discharge
- Safely handle and restrain patients using appropriate techniques
- Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, and diagnostic sample collection
- Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs
- Perform in-house laboratory testing and prepare samples for reference laboratories
- Prepare patients and equipment for surgical and dental procedures
- Monitor anesthesia and patient vital signs throughout procedures and recovery
- Educate clients regarding medications, preventive care, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Keep treatment, surgical, and exam areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for patient care
- Collaborate with doctors and teammates to maintain an efficient workflow and positive hospital culture
What You’ll Bring
- Previous Veterinary Technician experience in a clinical setting
- Licensed Veterinary Technician credential welcomed but not required
- Strong technical skills and confidence providing hands-on patient care
- Experience with venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory procedures, and diagnostic imaging
- Knowledge of anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, and patient recovery
- Safe and compassionate patient handling and restraint skills
- Excellent communication and client education skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy veterinary environment
- Positive attitude, dependability, and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to share your experience while continuing to learn and grow
