How you will make an impact
As a QC Technician, you will contribute directly to product quality by performing analytical testing on raw materials, APIs/drug substances, semi-finished, and finished products for release and stability studies. Your work will help ensure compliance, reliability, and patient safety.
What you will do
- Perform analytical laboratory testing in compliance with GMP requirements for APIs/drug substances, semi-finished, and finished products (release and stability)
- Execute analytical techniques including:
- Physical tests (e.g., pH, Karl Fischer, osmolality)
- Chromatographic methods (HPLC/UPLC)
- Biochemical techniques (e.g., cIEF, SDS-PAGE, Dot Blot) as a plus
- Support analytical method validation and transfer activities
- Manage reference standards, reagents, and laboratory materials
How you will get here
Education
- Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry (CTF), Biology, or a related field
or - Diploma as a Chemical/Laboratory Technician
Experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge of chemical-physical and biochemical analytical techniques, including method validation
- Understanding of GMP and relevant national/international regulations
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical systems (e.g., Empower, LIMS)
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment
