Pay Range

$34.90 - $52.35

Position Highlights:  

• Experienced RN

• Shift Schedule:  Full time, Nights 7p-7a, 3rd weekend rotation 
• Residency Program: New Graduate RNs at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist receive supportive training led by dedicated nurse educators, including clinical orientation, specialty-specific learning, and skill-building in clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and career development. 
• Oncology:  This unit specializes in leukemia and symptom management. With 40 beds, the unit supports long patient stays, fostering strong relationships with patients and families. It features a well-developed onboarding process for new staff.

What You’ll Need:  

• New Grad- Less than 1 year RN experience
• Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.  
• Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing  
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required   
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines   
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
