In this role, you will be responsible for the management and execution of in-person events (hosted & sponsored) as well as virtual events on different platforms. You must possess strong marketing, communications and program management skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with peers across the marketing function and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common growth ambitions.  

Responsibilities  

• Plan, organize, and manage multiple events simultaneously, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate events, both face to face and virtual  

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as demand generation and field marketing, to develop event program plans that align with company goals and objectives  

• Work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective event execution  

• Ensure brand compliance with all events and event materials  

• Communicate clear and timely event logistics to all stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and attendees
