You Have:

• 3+ years of experience customizing, building, and deploying Windows Endpoints

• 3+ years of experience with using desktop deployment tools, including Microsoft SCCM or Microsoft Deployment Toolkit

• Experience with PowerShell scripting

• Experience working in large enterprise operations environments, including the identification, development, analysis, scheduling, and managing of enterprise IT activities, solutions and risk mitigations, artifacts, and migrations

• Knowledge of desktop OS deployment and imaging, application installs, OS patching, and feature updates

• Knowledge of built-in Microsoft desktop technologies, including BitLocker, Credential Guard, WSL, or Windows Hello for Business

• Ability to communicate with senior management and customers

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• DoD 8570.11- IAT Level II certification, including Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, or SSCP

Nice If You Have:

• Experience applying systems engineering fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments

• Experience with enterprise server, storage, networking, software, and application services or equivalent depth in a single solution platform

• Experience collaborating with other enterprise technologists both internal and external to resolve complex technical issues

• Experience in supporting and coordinating across senior level organizations

• Experience mentoring junior team members

• Experience with cloud-based technology

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Information Technology or Engineering

• CASP+ or CISSP Certification
