Position Purpose
This position supports Aftersales activities across the North America region. The role is responsible for managing the pricing strategy for Aftersales parts and attachments to optimize capture rate (price realization), achieve sales targets, and maintain profitability. Additionally, the role maintains a variety of recurring and ad-hoc KPI reports that provide strategic insights to the Product Support Management team. The position also oversees the development and maintenance of streamlined reporting tools using SharePoint, Power Automate, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
Pricing
• Maintain multiple price files to ensure strategic and competitive market pricing.
• Support the global pricing strategy for the North American market.
• Ensure timely pricing of new and required materials for machines.
• Collaborate with product groups on pricing initiatives to support successful campaigns.
• Proactively manage daily operations, including resolving dealer price discrepancies and supporting ship-direct programs.
• Provide urgent pricing assistance to field staff as needed.
Business Intelligence
• Deliver performance monitoring and insights through dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses using SAC, Power Pivot, and Excel.
• Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites for improved data accessibility and collaboration.
• Develop and manage Microsoft Forms for data collection and analysis.
• Ensure efficient operation of workflows within Power Automate.
• Streamline manual reporting processes using Power Query and shared databases to ensure data consistency.

Minimum Qualifications
• Successful completion of drug screening, background checks, and applicable pre-employment tests.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role within an OEM environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in quantitative analysis and business reporting, preferably within the construction OEM industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of financial statements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including XLOOKUP, Power Query (M code), and Power Pivot.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Forms.
• A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of construction equipment parts.
• Experience in aftersales parts pricing.
• Familiarity with pricing tools such as Vendavo and Markt Pilot.
• Experience with BI tools such as SAC and TARGIT.
• At least 2 years of experience developing queries using Power Query.
• Strategic thinker with a “big picture” mindset.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience with data warehouse and reporting tools such as SAP Business Warehouse and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• In-depth understanding of pricing strategies and sales processes.
• Knowledge of OEM and distributor roles in product sales.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with equipment parts and pricing.
• Ability to research vendors for competitive pricing.
• Market research skills to identify business trends and opportunities.
