Key Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the roadmap and backlog for design standards, translating strategic direction into clear, actionable workstreams with defined requirements, success metrics, and delivery targets.
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Participate in roadmap planning, launch execution, reviews, and retrospectives to support effective delivery and drive continuous improvement of the product development process.
Partner with regional and global teams to gather feedback and input, ensuring standards remain relevant, scalable, and adaptable across markets.
Drive development and continuous improvement of design standard documentation and delivery processes using product management practices.
Support the execution of roadmap initiatives from planning through launch, coordinating with subject matter experts to ensure quality and consistency.
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
Evaluate the adoption, performance, and feedback of implemented standards to guide future iterations and enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Program Manager, or similar role (ideally in an engineering of infrastructure setting).
