What You'll Do:
As a Mental Health Technician on our Group Home Residential team, you'll play a key role in providing compassionate care and support to adult residents with severe and persistent mental illness. Every day will bring meaningful opportunities to:
Connect: Engage residents in fun activities that help them reconnect to things they enjoy and make them feel good about themselves.
Teach: Help residents develop essential life skills like cooking and cleaning, how to cope with their symptoms, and problem solving.
Support: Lead outings, assist with medication administration (training provided), and create a warm and welcoming environment where residents thrive.
