Full time salaried home health Registered Nurse Case Manager position. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Weekend rotation every 4th weekend, 2 Advocate holidays and rotating after hours coverage required with position.
Pay Range
$38.20 - $57.30REGISTERED NURSE – HOME HEALTH

Schedule: Days with weekend rotation and one summer/winter holiday
💰 Sign-On Bonus Available – Up to $10,000!
This position is eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You must be actively working in this same position at the time of payout. Current internal team members are not eligible at this time.
