Metal Fabricator - Senior Metal Fabricator - Artificial Lift

Job Duties:

• Under general supervision, performs a variety of operations associated with layout and fabrication of a variety of sheet metal-constructed products and equipment, including water and oil/gas well screens, powdered metal liners, and molded products.
• Such machines may include press brakes, sheer, punch press, trace torch, metal roll, punch, iron worker, hand torch, numerical control torch, numerical control punch, powdered metal mixers, rubber press, etc.
• May regulate machines, make tooling changes, and perform layout duties or template construction.
• May mix chemicals from standard formats, experiment with mixtures to improve bonding, report findings to engineer and/or chemist, and contact vendors.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent to is required.
• Skills typically acquire through 2-3 years related metal fabrication experience.
