The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Accurately and efficiently receiving, stocking, order filling and shipping
• Operating power order picking equipment to fill customer and branch orders
• Operating power stocking equipment to receive and place material into stock
• Packing and checking material for shipment
• Performing all required duties in a safe manner and follow established policies and procedures
• Ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on shift availability
• Ability to work overtime or holidays as needed

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in a warehouse operations role
• Experience operating a forklift
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills

The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.76/hour, with the potential to reach $25.43/hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
