Senior Security Engineer

Intapp is looking for a Senior Security engineer to join our Cybersecurity team. The Sr. security engineer will work cross-organization and extensively with the IT, Cloud Engineering, and DevOps teams playing a vital role in designing and implementing strong identity and access management (IAM,) privilege access management (PAM) and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of design and implementation of IAM, PAM and DLP controls.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and continuously optimize Identity and Access Management controls in line with evolving technologies and security regulations.

• Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency.

• Conduct data loss assessment, identify gaps, evaluate solutions, and work with Intapp teams and Vendors to identify the best-in-breed data loss prevention solution.

• Interact with system owners, and custodians to implement and enforce IAM, PAM and DLP best practices.

• Maintain DLP technology, configuring policies, and compiling reports for analytics and continuous assessment.

• Serving as an IAM, PAM, and DLP subject matter expert within Intapp.

• Help Intapp Incident response team to  investigate security events and incidents in Intapp’s products and cloud infrastructure.

• Assess Intapp’s cybersecurity posture against existing and emerging threats.

• Brief various leadership teams on the status of security initiatives and effectiveness of IAM, PAM and DLP security controls.

• Stay current on IT security trends and news.

Requirements: 

• 8-10 years of combined experience in IT security.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Identity and Access management controls. Must have designed and implemented strong IAM.

• Must have deep knowledge and experience in PAM and DLP technologies, including implementation, and monitoring.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud service and security controls.

• Strong understanding of security best practices and standards.

• Ability to determine the scope and range of underlying risks.

• Ability to review risks, evaluate additional controls and settings, and apply changes to systems.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Self-starting individual contributor and strong team player.

Beneficial:

• Experience in Microsoft Purview implementation.

• Experience in Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS cloud services and security controls.
