AnthroMed Education is a growing practice of Speech-Language Pathologists who support students in schools by providing high-quality speech services. We are expanding our team on the East Coast and welcome Clinical Fellows for this unique role near Middletown, DE!
Clinical Fellow Support:
- AnthroMed Education will ensure you have a wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentor
- Bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team
- We provide regular one-on-one support with our Clinical Support Director for all CFs

Job Description:
- Provide speech and language services for a caseload of approximately 50 students in middle school and high school
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Communicate closely with teachers, special educators, and other school staff to students communication needs
- Support students speech development by providing resources to parents/caregivers
- Participate in IEP meetings and present recommendations for overall speech and language goals for kids
- Engage in regular collaboration with other SLPs
Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
- School-based and/or pediatric experience working with middle/high school students
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- A valid DE SLP license from the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $53,720 - $55,830 (based on qualifications and experience).
