Position Overview:

The Senior Manager Cyber Risk and Governance is the leader in the implementation and management of a program that covers information security governance, compliance, and risk management. The position requires the ability to lead in a highly matrixed, complex environment, with multifaceted initiatives. In this role you will be responsible for aligning to the larger strategy and executing on the tactical elements to meet organizational objectives.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, monitor, and optimize cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management programs for Coca-Cola Company. 
  • Implement processes and technologies that allow for expanded service capabilities, particularly a comprehensive third-party cyber risk program. 
  • Direct and lead a team of professional security practitioners in the implementation of the overall strategy, providing guidance and inspiration towards a common vision. 
  • Tackle “big” problems, provide options, and drive resolution. 
  • Ensure up-to-date policy. process and procedure documentation  
  • Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group, manage execution, drive improvements, and measure results. 
  • Define metrics to accurately convey risk, team performance and measure against goals. 
  • Perform special projects as assigned while effectively managing time with competing priorities. 
  • Identify process improvement/automation opportunities and innovate new ways of doing things. 
  • Lead with integrity and a positive attitude. 
  • Meet with staff on a timely basis to conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.  Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to develop and encourage employee performance and development. 

Essential Qualifications for Success: 

  • A solid foundation of over a decade in professional security roles. 
  • Extensive leadership experience, with at least ten years managing multifaceted teams. 
  • The capacity to deliver high-quality work within stringent deadlines and adapt to evolving tasks. 
  • A keen eye for technical specifics and precision. 
  • Collaborative skills to effectively engage with high-level executives, consultants, various stakeholders, and team members, considering their requirements and key objectives. 
  • Skilled in negotiation to achieve outcomes beneficial to all parties involved. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining Information Security risks and guiding technical and non-technical partners towards secure solutions. 
  • Proven expertise in developing information security strategies, exploring alternatives, and providing actionable recommendations. 
  • Competence in assessing risks and presenting them objectively.
