Job Description Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company is expanding on the digital transformation of our E2E SAP and related Supply Chain processes and systems. This role is primarily focused on our Concentrate CPS business (Commercial Product Supply), but it reaches across our other organizational units and business partners (vendors, Bottling customers).
We are seeking a Sr. Manager in the SAP IBP Data Integration function to lead activities in our new transformation project. This role is responsible for thought-leadership, design, delivery and deployment activities towards this multi-year initiative. The role will be based in Atlanta.
What You'll Do for Us
- This role will design and build integration processes and landscapes between our SAP IBP planning system and our SAP execution systems (ECC, S/4), as well as other 3rd party systems and data warehouses.
- This role will coordinate our SAP CI-DS, RTI, and other IBP-related data integration testing, training, and implementation.
- This role will work closely with our E2E Supply Chain Project team and Consulting Partners to understand the IBP design functionalities (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Production Scheduling) and the related data integration needs.
- This role will have responsibilities and require expertise in project management, change management, resource utilization, and system deployments.
- This role will work collaboratively with our software vendors and research ways to leverage the software capabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Functional Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience with IBP CI-DS integration is critical.
- Understanding of key Planning Data Objects (materials, locations, BOMs, recipes, IBP key figures, etc.) is critical.
- Experience with Supply Chain Planning (Supply and Production Planning, Planning Master Data, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning) is critical.
- Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4, and SAP IBP is critical.
- Experience with IBP RTI (Real Time Integration) is preferred.
- Experience with ABAP is preferred.
- Experience in process Autonomous Planning, automation tools and collaborative integrated processes is helpful.
- Experience with design using Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Logic Apps is helpful.
- Experience with large digital transformation projects in the E2E SC Planning area is preferred.
- Appropriate communication skills.
- Ability to lead highly complex and cross-functional initiatives.
Minimum Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
