<p><span><strong>EY GDS – Junior/Senior Cyber Security Consultant (OT Security)</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Location: Katowice / Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days in home office</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Let us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY.</span></p> <p><span><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span><strong>The opportunity</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>The GDS Cyber Architecture, OT &amp; Engineering (CAOE) team help our clients tackle the many security challenges they face on a daily basis and develop effective solutions using people, processes and technology, while enabling better security and risk decisions, and reducing costs related to manging security risks. </span></p> <p><span>The CAOE team is looking for individuals who will play a direct role in delivery of Operational Technology (OT) Security engagements, Development of OT security solutions and proposals.</span></p> <p><span>You will play a key role in supporting our clients to secure their IT/OT environments, either through advisory and/or implementation support.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Strong understanding of security-related operational processes in OT-ICS environments (PLC, RTU, SCADA, HMI)</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of cyber / information security concepts, risk and controls concepts</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of IT infrastructure and Networking, including Firewalls and IDS/IPS</span></li> <li><span>Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, concepts of OSI layer and protocols, networking and security concepts</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of OT Cyber Threats and Vulnerabilities (OS, Network, OT-specific equipment)</span></li> <li><span>Exposure/hands-on to IOT/OT monitoring solutions and their deployment (Claroty, Nozomi Networks, MS IoT Defender)</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge and hands on with Cyber Security Assessment</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of ICS communication protocols</span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>2+ years of experience in the Cyber Security or OT Security Domain</span></li> <li><span>Holds a degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering</span></li> <li><span>Worked in client facing positions before</span></li> <li><span>Extra points for having Certifications such as: IEC62443, GICSP, CCNA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Ideally, you’ll also have</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>Prior experience working alongside delivery Leads and Architects to deploy OT-specific Security solutions</span></li> <li><span>Experience conducting OT Security Assessments based on global frameworks/standards</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of OT industrial technologies (SCADA communication flow, OT technical architecture, OT Backup and Patch Management)</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of the technical security solutions utilized within OT/ICS systems and networks (Network Segmentation, Secure Remote Access, Zero Trust, IAM)</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge on Cybersecurity Technologies/Solutions like IDS/IPS, SIEM, OT SOC.</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of OT/ICS Security standards, frameworks and normatives, including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NIST-CSF, NERC-CIP, NIS2 directive.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong></span></p> <p><span><strong> </strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span>2+ years of experience in the Cyber Security or OT Security Domain</span></li> <li><span>Holds a degree in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering</span></li> <li><span>Worked in client facing positions before</span></li> <li><span>Extra points for having Certifications such as: IEC62443, GICSP, CCNA, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span><strong>What we look for</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
