Your New Role...

The Senior Director of Program Delivery will lead a centralized team providing CNN's Digital Product and Services leadership with dedicated portfolio, program, and project management expertise. You'll drive delivery, coordination, and alignment for CNN's high-profile consumer and business initiatives, ensuring successful execution across the full lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement a vision for the Program Delivery team while collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance organizational capabilities.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Develop and implement a strategy for the Program Delivery team, enhancing CNN's organizational capabilities
• Lead program management and oversight of key digital initiatives, working closely with business leaders and project teams
• Support critical governance forums across CNN Digital Products & Services, including monthly Steering Committees
• Drive communication, alignment, visibility, and decision-making across the organization
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase delivery confidence
• Provide an unbiased view on program status, ensuring accountability
• Enhance the organization's ability to deliver on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes

Qualifications & Experience...

• 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in digital media or technology sectors
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex digital initiatives
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and digital product development processes
• Experience with portfolio management in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Demonstrated ability to implement strategic visions for program delivery teams
• Experience supporting governance forums and driving organizational alignment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide unbiased program status views
