As a Security Officer - Retail Patrol Driver in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a retail or mall location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or situations that may require Allied Universal or client attention.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including assisting with evacuations or coordinating with first responders as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and to assist visitors and tenants as required.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to daily activities, incidents, and/or patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
