Responsibilities

 

• Main point of contact for all branches in assigned region regarding A/P issues.
• Identify and correct all invoice discrepancies in the A/P Invoice Preview Queue.
• Make sure all invoices get paid to the vendor by the due date and discounts are not lost.
• Process all check requests and wire transfers for assigned region.
• Request and validate all high-volume vendor statements.
• Run and work all A/P aging reports generated in the system.

 

Qualifications

 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years accounts payable experience or industry experience preferred.
• Possess an understanding of accounts payable processing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.
