- Manage and mentor the Clinical Systems Training Team, including onboarding, development, and performance management.
- Design, evaluate, and improve training programs for clinical software and digital tools, both on-site and online.
- Develop and maintain training documentation, including guides, FAQs, and support resources.
- Monitor support requests and implement process or system improvements to reduce recurring issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Conversion, and IT teams to ensure a smooth end-user experience.
- Partner with Information Security to enforce HIPAA, HITECH, and organizational data security standards.
- Represent SDB professionally with internal teams, external partners, and vendors, maintaining a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3+ years of experience managing clinical applications, preferably in a multisite, ambulatory, or specialty care environment.
- Leadership: Proven success leading customer-facing or training teams with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of EHR/EMR systems, healthcare or dental PMS, and related integrations.
