THE ROLE:

The Community Partnerships Coordinator (CPC) supports sales and community outreach efforts, working directly with the Community Partnerships Manager (CPM). This entry-level role involves increasing brand visibility, managing outreach initiatives, and coordinating with branch teams to enhance service delivery. The CPC plays a key role in strengthening relationships with Regional Center staff, families, and community partners while contributing to philanthropy events and outreach activities.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Supporting sales and educational initiatives such as presentations, events, email campaigns, and outreach activities to boost brand awareness and referrals.
• Assisting the CPM with administrative tasks, including updating SalesForce, gathering SC information, and managing weekly authorization communications.
• Coordinating and participating in philanthropy events like back-to-school drives and holiday toy drives.
• Serving as a point of contact for Regional Center staff and families to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Facilitating presentations with community partners, including resource centers, parks, and support groups.
• Representing the organization at meetings and community events, including occasional after-hours or weekend commitments.
• Logging and tracking outreach activities in SalesForce and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.

This is a hybrid position, coming into the Oxnard office 1x a week.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Reliable transportation and a valid MVR for community event travel.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
