We are searching for a Director, Computational Multiomics, Neuroscience, to be located at one of our offices in either Cambridge, MA; Spring House, PA; La Jolla, CA United States of America or Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:
- The candidate will lead a disease area, Neuropsychiatry or Neurodegeneration, establishing the team’s computational multiomics strategy across the portfolio from discovery through development, communicating that strategy effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead a team of 2 computational scientists in the application of large-scale multiomics and genetic capabilities to support our pipeline and advance data and technological approaches in bioinformatics & integrative data analytics.
- Partner with Neuroscience Discovery on strategy and process for evaluating target opportunities from the perspective of cutting-edge genetics, bioinformatics, biosignatures, brain biology, and mechanism, drawing upon a combination of internal and external human data resources.
- Partner with Clinical Development, Global Regulatory Affairs, Data Science, Patient Reported Outcomes, Statistics and other core functions in Precision Measures (including Biomarkers & Imaging) to contribute to holistic measurement plans (across molecular, imaging, digital, clinical and other measures) for our compounds in development.
- Develop relationships with key scientists and clinicians externally and with internal stakeholders to map target mechanisms to human genetics and brain biology with a view towards different indications or patient populations and develop forward looking data strategies along the path to launch.
