Schell Brothers Nashville Division is looking for a full-time Land Development Project Manager to join our Land Development team. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Oversee Community Land Use Approvals and Development Improvements.
· Ensure timely project delivery using construction schedules, contracts, budgets, and compliance reports.
· Collaborate with Construction Managers and the Production Manager to complete build-ready home sites.
· Assist in creating development budgets and value-engineering project designs.
· Build relationships with jurisdictional entities while preserving land use and development rights.
· Manage projects from permit approvals through construction, final certification, and community turnover.
· Supervise all field operations for land development, including erosion control, grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, and compliance.
· Manage HOA activities such as meetings, budget analysis, and improvements to common areas.
· Handle bond maintenance and retrieval of guarantees.
· Coordinate with departments to deliver amenities, landscaping, and marketing.
Requirements· Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in Land Development or Residential Production
· Proficient in computer use, including word processing, spreadsheets, project scheduling, and data management software.
· Detail-oriented problem solver for complex situations.
