<div><div><span>Regional Logistics &amp; Services Procurement Manager – EMEA (Europe, Middle East &amp; Africa)</span></div><div><span><span>Diemen</span></span><div></div><span>Full-time</span><div></div><span><span>Corporate function / Support - Procurement</span></span></div><div>Responsibilities</div><div>Key Responsibilities: - Logistics Strategy &amp; Sourcing: Develop and implement the regional logistics procurement strategy. Lead RFx processes to select and onboard logistics partners (3PL/4PL, carriers, freight forwarders). - Contract &amp; Performance Management: Negotiate complex logistics contracts and rates. Establish and monitor KPIs (cost, service, sustainability) and conduct regular business reviews with partners. - Operational Support &amp; Optimization: Work with supply chain and commercial teams to align logistics with business needs. Continuously analyze the network for cost-saving and efficiency opportunities. - Risk &amp; Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Xpeng's global supply chain policies. Mitigate risks related to carrier performance and trade lane disruptions. - System Implementation: Become an expert in Xpeng's Transport Management System (TMS) and related procurement platforms, ensuring all logistics data and processes are accurately managed. - Regional Travel: Travel approximately 30-35% within EMEA to visit logistics hubs, conduct supplier audits, and work directly with local operations teams.</div><div>Qualifications</div><div>Qualifications &amp; Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics procurement or carrier management, with hands-on experience across European road/rail/air freight. Experience in Middle East &amp; Africa markets is a strong advantage. - Strong knowledge of EMEA logistics networks, customs clearance, and Incoterms. - Mandatory: Fluency in English (business proficiency). - Strongly Preferred: Professional proficiency in at least one of the following: Spanish, French, or German. - A Significant Plus: Working knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin). - Proven experience with logistics software (TMS, ERP) and data analysis tools. - Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and project management skills.</div><div><span>Apply</span></div></div>
