About the role

Job Description:

Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a TA Data & Sourcing Analyst, where you'll tackle engaging challenges and have ample opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in gathering and organizing recruitment data from applicant tracking systems Workday, and job boards (including LinkedIn) across EMEA. 

  • Be accountable for the data accuracy by supporting validation and cleansing processes to ensure consistent reporting across the region. 

  • Provide support to users to ensure the best data quality in our systems 

  • Support the analysis of regional recruitment data to identify trends and insights specific to EMEA market. 

  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing efficiency across multiple countries. 

  • Contribute to predictive analysis to help forecast hiring needs within different EMEA locations. 

  • Help track and monitor key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs) at a regional level. 

  • Work closely with regional recruiters, to understand their data needs across different EMESA countries. 

  • Market research & sourcing activities 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above 

  • Fluency in English (spoken & written) 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights 

  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis & presentation (pivot tables, formulas, charts, thinkcell…) 

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus. 

  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and TA databases is advantageous. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment 

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling insights.
