Product Data Analyst

We are looking for a self-motivated team player that can assist in maintaining and growing our private label brand, TradeStar. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development of the portfolio, by managing the product pipeline, sales data, demand metrics, order creation and placement, website maintenance, and other defined tasks to support all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and improvement of data collection and analysis.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and insights to provide or support decision making on new products and current product offering.
• Review of inventory levels, turns, and future demand to maintain 60-90 days of on hand inventory
• Manage flow of containers, tracking and coordination with weekly updates to DC team on packing slips, deliveries and discrepancies.
• Approval and submission of payables to sourcing partners and freight forwarders.
• Assist with generating reports and compiling data/information for line reviews (i.e. monthly sales, order points, inventory valuation, and others as required)
• Maintain product pipeline for TradeStar products
• Coordinate with marketing on website maintenance and new product additions.
• Provide general data entry support in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with other responsibilities or projects as assigned

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor/Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and communication skills paired with strong attention to detail
• Agility to manage multiple projects and data sources, while adhering to timelines and expectations.
• Experience with Eclipse or industry related software a plus
• Ability to learn new processes as needed.
• Wholesale distribution and product knowledge a plus
• Great time management, interpersonal and communication skills

Payrate: $40,000-$50,000
