Part-Time for 19 hours per week

 

Your activities

• Independent handling of organisational and administrative tasks in the secretariat of the local works council committee
• Preparing meeting documents and minutes and keeping track of necessary feedback, including monitoring deadlines 
• Attending regular works council meetings (fortnightly, including afternoons) and keeping minutes of proceedings
• Planning, organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, workshops, assemblies including telephone and video conferences as well as domestic travel including subsequent travel expense accounting 
• Processing and checking orders/invoices/payments
• Commissioning of services following prior approval, including independent monitoring of deadlines
• Supporting the works council with public relations work and maintaining the council's intranet presence

 

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Very good verbal and written communication skills - very good German language skills are required
• Strong (self-)organisation skills, combined with the ability to work in a team
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Absolute trustworthiness, commitment and friendliness in appearance and communication
• Very structured, proactive and diligent way of working
• Knowledge of co-determination-related topics and processes is an advantage
• Flexible availability is an advantage
