As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>You will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day Agile team functions and be</span></span> t<span>rained in the Agile mindset. You will support different frameworks</span> <span><span> and participate in a variety of projects in one of the largest food companies worldwide. Most meaningfully, you will get to </span><span>showcase</span><span> your initiatives and receive exposure from the Management team.</span></span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Tasks throughout the role can include:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Work closely with the </span> <span><span>Global Agile Transformation CoE</span></span> <span>to support driving the company’s Agile transformation </span></li><li><span>Organize Agile trainings (dates, attendees, location, trainers) </span></li><li><span>Facilitate communities of practices and support in community building &amp; promotion of the company’s Agile transformation</span></li><li><span>Ownership in providing updates to overview of our Global portfolio by contacting multiple different stakeholders</span></li><li><span>Support day-to-day activities of the team </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b><span> </span></p><p><u><span>Job requirements</span></u><u><span>:</span></u><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>You are enrolled at a European university </span><span>during</span><span> at least 50% of the duration of the internship.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>You are at the end of your </span><span>Bachelor’s</span><span> degree</span><span>, or in your </span><span>M</span><span>aster’s</span><span> degree</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><b><span>NOTE</span></b><span><span>: EU working rights are </span><span>required</span><span> (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><u><span>Professional Attributes</span></u><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Interested in pursuing a career </span></b><span><span>in Change Management</span></span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Communication Skills: </span></b>
