Summary of Role: The M&A Tax Senior / Supervising Senior Associate is part of GHJ’s thriving M&A Tax practice, and will be working on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, in which we are not only tax advisors but business advocates.  You will have opportunities to engage in financial and strategic transactions.  Advanced technical skills in a variety of tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions and familiarity with mergers and acquisitions are critical.  In addition, well-developed and applied accounting and finance skills are required.
